Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Loop Mobile FZCO ("FaceYoga", "we", "us" or "our") and govern your access to and use of the FaceYoga mobile applications, the FaceYoga website, and all related content, features and services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Please read these Terms carefully. They contain important information about your subscription and automatic renewal, our money-back guarantee, disclaimers, limitations of our liability, and how disputes are resolved.

1. Important health & results disclaimer

FaceYoga is a general wellness and educational service offering face yoga, facial massage, facial-exercise and skincare guidance. It is not medical, dermatological, cosmetic or other professional advice, diagnosis or treatment, and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional. Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified provider with any questions about a medical condition, and before starting any new exercise or skincare routine. Any face-analysis or scanning features are for general cosmetic and informational purposes only and do not provide a diagnosis.

Results are not guaranteed. Outcomes depend on many factors, including your individual physiology, consistency and lifestyle, and they vary from person to person. Any testimonials, before/after images, statistics or projected results shown in the Service are illustrative and do not guarantee that you will achieve the same results. Use the Service at your own risk and stop immediately if you experience pain, discomfort or any adverse reaction.

2. Eligibility & registration

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, to keep it up to date, and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. The Service

Subject to these Terms, we grant you access to personalized programs, guided routines, instructional content and tools made available through the Service. We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. Some features require a paid subscription.

4. Subscriptions & introductory offers

FaceYoga is offered as an auto-renewing subscription. We offer plans of different lengths (for example weekly, monthly and 3-month plans), often with a discounted introductory price for the first billing period. The introductory price, the renewal price, the billing interval and the currency are displayed to you before you confirm your purchase. Unless otherwise stated, you are charged the introductory price at the time of purchase and the then-current renewal price at the start of each subsequent billing period.

5. Automatic renewal

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current renewal price, and your payment method is charged at or shortly before the start of each new period, until you cancel. By subscribing you authorize these recurring charges. If we change the price or plan terms, we will give you notice as required by applicable law, and continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current paid period; you will retain access until then and will not be charged for the next period. For purchases made on our website, cancel by visiting https://faceyoga.mobi/manage or by emailing support@loopmobile.io. For purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, you must cancel through your app-store account settings; we cannot cancel those subscriptions for you. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

7. Payment & billing

Website subscriptions are processed by our payment processor, Stripe, and you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed by Apple or Google under their terms. You are responsible for keeping your payment information valid; if a charge fails, we may retry it and may suspend or terminate access until payment is received. All amounts are payable in the currency shown at checkout and are exclusive of taxes unless stated.

8. 28-day money-back guarantee

We offer an optional satisfaction guarantee. If you complete your personalized 28-day program — practicing as prescribed and recording your progress within the Service — and you are not satisfied with your results, you may request a refund of the amount you paid by contacting support@loopmobile.io within 7 days after completing the program. The guarantee may be claimed once per user, requires verifiable completion of the program within the eligibility window, and excludes amounts already refunded. 9. Refunds & withdrawal rights

Where required by applicable consumer-protection law (for example, a statutory cancellation/withdrawal right within 14 days in the EU/UK), you may be entitled to a refund as provided by that law. Outside any statutory right and the money-back guarantee above, payments for the current billing period are non-refundable except in our discretion or for a confirmed technical fault. Uninstalling the app does not entitle you to a refund and does not cancel your subscription. App-store purchases are subject to the refund policies of Apple or Google. 10. Acceptable use

The Service is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense or publicly perform any part of the Service or its content;
• reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, data-mine, or attempt to derive source code, except where permitted by law;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service, introduce malicious code, or circumvent security or access controls;
• use the Service to build or assist a competing product or service; or
• use the Service unlawfully or in violation of these Terms.

11. Limited license

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. We and our licensors retain all right, title and interest in and to the Service. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

12. Intellectual property & trademarks

All content, software, designs, text, graphics, images, videos and other materials in the Service, and all related intellectual property rights, are owned by Loop Mobile FZCO or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. "FaceYoga" and our logos are our trademarks and may not be used without our prior written consent. Other marks are the property of their respective owners.

13. User content & feedback

If you submit photos, notes or other content to the Service, you retain ownership but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process and use that content as necessary to operate and provide the Service. Any feedback, ideas or suggestions you provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation. We may remove content at our discretion and are not obligated to monitor or store it.

14. Third-party services

The Service may link to or rely on third-party services (such as payment processors and app stores). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products or services, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

15. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, and any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. You assume all risk arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty or right that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loop Mobile FZCO and its officers, employees and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Loop Mobile FZCO and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

18. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

19. Support & communications

We provide customer support on a reasonable-efforts basis and do not guarantee response times. You may contact us at support@loopmobile.io. By using the Service you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including service-related and transactional messages.

20. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, if we are required to by law, or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability and indemnities) will survive.

21. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice as required by law. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

22. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably by contacting support@loopmobile.io. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, except that nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer-law rights or the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence where required by applicable law.

23. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
